商品開発にあたり、お客様に満足していただけるよう努めておりますが、
生産段階で予期せぬトラブルが起きる可能性があります。
納期の遅れや、最悪の場合、生産そのものができなくなるというケースもございます。
ご了承いただいた方のみ、ご購入いただきますようお願い申し上げます。
We are doing our best to satisfy our customers, but we can not avoid unexpected troubles
that may occur at the production process. In that case, the delivery date may be delayed,
or in the worst case, the production itself may not be possible.

＜ご注文に関して/ABOUT ORDER＞
1）ご注文は、「［NATAL DESIGN ONLINE SHOP]ご注文ありがとうございます」の確定メールが届きましたらご注文完了となります。
確定メールはPCから自動送信されますので、携帯電話の方はメールが届く設定でお願いいたします。
確定メールが届かない場合には、メールの設定を今一度ご確認ください。
お問合せの際も同様に設定をお願いいたします。
You will receive the confirmation email automatically when you place an order.
If you do not receive the email, please check your email settings.　
2）商品写真はサンプル品のため、実際の商品とは一部仕様が異なる場合があります。
また、PCディスプレイの性質上、実際の色とは異なって見える場合がございますので予めご了承ください。
Because the website photos are sample products, and it'll be change the color of your PC settings and situation ,
Products that you will get may not be the same exactly as the photos.
Also, the colors may look different from the real ones.
3）商品をカートに入れたままの状態は、商品確保を保証するものではございません。
決済が終了するまでは、購入は完了しておりませんので、ご注意ください。
カートに入れた時点で在庫があったものでも、決済の際に在庫切れになっている場合がございます。
To purchase, you need to take the all process that the payment is completed.
Even if you have kept a product in the cart, it does not mean you can purchase it later.
It is possible to be already out of stock when you access later or when you want to buy from your cart.

＜予約商品に関して/ABOUT RESERVED PRODUCTS＞
1）生産の都合上、納期が大幅に変更になる場合がございます。予約商品のお届け指定日はお受けいたしかねます。
The shipping date may change significantly depending on the production process.
You can not choose the date when you want to get it.
2）ご予約いただいた商品に遅延や不良などトラブルがあった場合、対象商品のキャンセル・ご返金以外の補償につきましては一切お受けいたしません。 If you have any problem with the product, we do not accept any compensation except cancellation or refund of the product.

＜発送に関して/ABOUT SHIPPING＞
1）発送は、現行商品ですでに在庫があるもののみ、通常土・日・祭日を除く7営業日以内での発送をこころがけております。
(展示会、イベント開催などで対応が異なる場合もございます)。
Only for products in our stock at that moment are available, we can ship within 7 business days except for Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
It may change shipping dates depending on exhibitions and events.
2）発送は各取引ごとに行われます。注文番号が異なる商品の同梱を希望される場合には、ご注文時、備考欄に「同梱注文」と記載いただき、
お問い合わせフォームよりご連絡くださいませ。
なお、ご連絡いただいた時点で発送準備に入っている商品につきましては、同梱対応できない場合がございます。
Shipping will be done for each transaction. If you want to get some products that you bought with different order numbers,
please write "Packing together" in the comment space when you purchase and contact us from the inquiry form.
If one of the products that you buy has already completed for shipping, We will be doing ship it dividedly.

弊社の補償に関してのご注意です。
弊社では弊社のオンラインショップ及び、正規販売ディーラー様にて販売された商品に限りご対応させていただきます。
オークションサイトやフリマサイトなど二次流通でご購入された商品につきまして、弊社では一切の責任を負いかねますのでご了承ください。

＜キャンセルに関するご注意＞
ご注文完了後・ご入金完了後であっても、不正販売目的・転売目的であると判断した場合、弊社の独自の判断にてキャンセルをさせて頂く場合がございますのでご了承ください。

＜消費税に関してのご注意＞
商品のなかには値札の消費税が8％になっているものがございますが、
10％が適用されますのでご注意ください。
